The Pilates sessions have been amazing to stretch out any running niggles. Nic is adaptable & hugely knowledgeable due to her own passion for sports.

Initially, I was worried that I wasn’t flexible enough and thought I might feel silly attempting some of the moves, but my mindset has changed on how to build strength. I have increased my core strength and my flexibility. It has been so much fun, and we laugh a lot.
